- Life Coaching (you + me = authentic healing, self-discovery, self-actualization, happiness, beauty, love, wealth, the best investment you can make to improve your life now and permanently.) 6-month package entails individual coaching sessions scheduled for 45 minutes ($100) or 1 hour ($125), weekly or biweekly via skype or over the phone. - Health Coaching 3-month individual holistic health coaching sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes weekly or biweekly via skype or over the phone. Wellness coaching packages include unlimited email support, wellness and nutrition resources and recipes and relevant gifts. Email me to book your FREE health history consultation. I received my health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
- Seminars & Trainings: Teleseminars, webinars and in-office fitness and personal training, wellness workshops, life coaching by special request only.
- Copywriting & Editing: I am a writer who loves writers and who loves the process of writing. I write and edit papers, manuals, resumes, cover letters, and speeches and presentations. If you don't feel like spending your time writing your resume, cover letter, presentation or speech, let me do it for ya!
